This December, the front of the Four Seasons hotel will transform into a European-inspired Christmas market. The outdoor market will feature gifts and treats from local artisans and culinary vendors like Georgetown Paperie and Lifstyl Candle Co.

The historic neighborhood of Georgetown is awash in lights this holiday season. Georgetown GLOW, an outdoor light and art experience and festival, features five glowing installations that are sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

Georgetown’s food scene is having a renaissance too, with many new bar and restaurant openings in the past few years as well.

Outdoor art installations radiate colorful neon when the LED lights are turned on from 5 to 10 pm. Guided walking tours are available to learn more about the artistry.

Ready, set, glow! The eighth annual winter Georgetown GLOW exhibition is composed of “five commissioned light art works … 30 walking tours, GLOW-themed yoga and Pilates classes, a silent disco,” and more.
