Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, popular for both traditional and vegan ice creams, has signed a lease for a shop in D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood.

EastBanc Inc. has lured four new tenants, including fast-growing, New York City-based Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, to its remake of a prime retail corner in Georgetown that had sat vacant since a larger one, Zara, closed up before the pandemic.
