The ticketed event for Blossoming in Georgetown is the Flower Tour, where you take a tour of the Wisconsin Ave NW businesses a build a bouquet along the way. Along with small businesses offering a variety of promotions and in-store experiences, the Georgetown Neighborhood Library is hosting their Blossoming at the Library event with garden themed programming.
