A Taste of the Pacific Northwest with Fair Isle Brewing!

Join us at The Sovereign on Thursday, August 8th, as we feature eight draft beers from Fair Isle Brewing, a renowned brewery from Seattle, Washington!

Founded in 2020, Fair Isle makes farmhouse-style beers rooted in the Pacific Northwest with local yeast, bacteria, and foraged ingredients. Part of their mantra is that farmhouse beer doesn’t have to be brewed on a farm; it’s more about the mindset and respect for its origins, as well as the importance of connecting with their region.

Don’t miss your chance to try this special lineup of beers, including Madame R. Galle (Saison), Odelette (Bière de Garde), and Val (Dry-Hopped Saison).

There is no admission fee for this event. All featured beers will be available a la carte.
