Dinner at the Chef’s Table: Autumn in the Countryside

In Italy, a common ritual to highlight great weather is spending weekend getaways in campagna (the countryside). To honor this ritual, we have created a menu that emphasizes the best autumn seasonal ingredients that take center stage in the Italian countryside. This decadent, countryside-inspired menu includes an antipasto of Mushroom Salad with Celeriac, Porcini Vinaigrette and Taleggio Crostini followed by Housemade Pappardelle with Duck Ragu and Pecorino Toscano; dishes that are perfect for a weekend escape to the green countryside of Umbria. You will be joined at every course for a description of each dish; feel free to ask questions. Each Dinner at the Chef’s Table is an opportunity to immerse yourself in great food, great wine, great people!

For our Dinner at the Chef’s Table series, we serve a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and have one seating at 7 pm. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and our Chef will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Every seat is a seat at the chef’s table.
