Georgetown Wine & Dine
Chef Michael Mina will be bringing extraordinary chefs from across the country, and the city of DC, together for a culinary showcase that puts our city on a national stage, telling the rest of the world what we already know – that DC is one of the country’s best culinary destinations.
Chef Michael Mina’s Georgetown Wine & Dine will return to the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC on November 2 and 3, featuring Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning talent, with tickets officially going on sale today, benefitting the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital.
This year, Georgetown Wine & Dine will feature renowned chefs including Nina Compton, Adam Sobel, Michael White, Hillary Sterling, Jose Mendin and Brad Kilgore alongside Chef Mina, as well as local talent Gilles Epié (L’Avant-Garde), Stephane Gratier (Boulangerie Christophe) and Yuan Tang (Rooster & Owl). The showpiece event – the Winemaker & Celebrity Chefs Dinner – will be a six-course meal which will feature one dish from each chef for an unparalleled tasting experience.
Building on its inaugural year, the 2023 Georgetown Wine & Dine will include two full days of culinary festivities – including tastings, masterclasses and intimate gatherings – taking Washingtonians, wine lovers and foodies behind the culinary curtain to enjoy the country’s best culinary and libation offerings.
