The Georgetown BID is partnering with IGDC – DC’s first Instagram community – for a GLOW instameet on Tuesday, January 10 at 6:30 pm. Meet at 3276 M St, where you’ll begin your guided tour at The Cloud Swing, before seeing each of the other four light art installations.
