Indian Brunch with Rani

Greetings, everyone! I am thrilled to announce the revival of “Brunch with Rani,” a dream that has been on hold for the past three years. The journey began with my first and last brunch on January 15th, 2020, but unfortunately, it was interrupted by the onset of Covid. Undeterred, I utilized the time during the pandemic to immerse myself in the culinary world. Channeling my energy into a bigger mission, I honed my cooking skills by exploring various recipes on YouTube and crafting my own unique dishes. Now, I am eager to share this culinary adventure with you and seek your support as I take the next step in our community. During this period, I have prepared a repertoire of dishes, including some innovative creations. I am excited to embark on this journey of growth, continuing my teachings and hosting fellow chefs to explore their unique worlds in food and art. Initially, we’ll start with a cozy group of 12 people and plan to expand in the future. My specialization lies in South Indian cuisine, a lifelong favorite. Join me in savoring the diverse flavors as I prepare an array of dishes to tantalize your palate. And, of course, what’s a brunch without endless chai?
