Join CUT D.C. for their special Lunar New Year Celebration to ring in the Year of the Dragon! Well-known and highly acclaimed guest chefs will join Executive Chef Andrew Skala in curating a sensational Tasting Menu with a variety of dishes that explore Asia’s unique and delicious flavors for guests to savor. Guest chefs include Mei Lin (Daybird in LA), Trigg Brown (Win Son in Brooklyn, NY), Katsuya Fukushima (Daikaya, Haikan, Bantam King, and Tonari from here in DC), and Richard Ho (Ho Foods in NYC). During this flavorful journey, guests can also enjoy the enchanting performances of traditional Dragon Dancers.
