Poi Dog Poke Special to Commemorate the 1st Anniversary of the Maui Wildfires

To commemorate the 1st anniversary of the Maui Wildfires, CUT by Wolfgang Puck will be offering a Poi Dog Poke Special with Hawaiian Kanpachi from August 8-11th. Similar to the support CUT showed last year with a benefit dinner, proceeds of this dish will go back to Maui Food Bank, who continue to help the community of Maui and those affected by the fires. This special dish created by the restaurant’s new executive chef Ari Miller is in collaboration with Poi Dog sauces by Hawai’i native, chef, and food writer Kiki Aranita, and purveyor partner Blue Ocean Mariculture for Hawaiian caught Kanpachi tuna, giving this special an authentic Hawaiian flare.
