Print in Black and White with Leslie Rose

Printing in black and white. Try a woodblock and/or linocut using only black leaving the negative space to be determined by paper. We will look at some traditional woodblock artists for inspiration. The teacher will supply paper enough to print a small edition of 4-6 and ink and carving tools. Blocks will be supplied too. Come with an idea, photo, drawing conducive to a simple tonal image. The cost is $180, all supplies included class limited to 6.
