The Toasted Coconut, Caramel, & Chocolate Cupcake (or if you’re more familiar with the Girl Scout cookie terminology, the Samoa Cupcake) is back again at Sprinkles! The Belgian chocolate cake has a sugar cookie as the base and caramel frosting, toasted coconut, and chocolate drizzle on top. (Did somebody say heaven??)
