World Culture Festival Dishes at Martin’s Tavern

Martin’s Tavern will be participating in the World Culture Festival taking place Friday evening 9/29 through Sunday afternoon 10/1.

In conjunction with the festivities on the Mall, stop by Martin’s to try two dishes they have created to celebrate the World Culture Festival:

• Moroccan Lentil Hummus Toast
• Whole grain toast topped with Moroccan lentil hummus, Persian cucumbers, parsley, heirloom cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, dill, Feta cheese, Tabbouleh.
• Lomo Saltado Risotto
• Marinated tender strips of sirloin stir-fried with soy sauce, chopped red onions, juicy tomatoes and parsley, served over creamy risotto.
