1310 Kitchen & Bar Reopens
1310 Kitchen & Bar reopened in April after closing its doors for the past 13 months, and they’re bringing back their breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner favorites to Wisconsin Avenue, Thursdays through Sundays. Brunch highlights include a pineapple coconut acai bowl, and smoked beef brisket hash and fried egg. If you’re in Georgetown for dinner, try the potato crusted trout, zucchini noodles with lamb ragu, or Peruvian chicken thighs. All menu items are also available for pick-up, and a new online ordering system is coming by mid-May for pre-order and delivery, featuring a combination of frozen meals (think chicken pot pie) and select menu items.
If you want to experiment in your own kitchen, or need a Mother’s Day gift, 1310 Kitchen & Bar chef Jenn Crovato also has her own cookbook, Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Pepper, that provides practical, straight-forward recipes that anyone can use for everyday meals.
