Free Capital Fringe Festival Preview

If you’re trying to decide which of the 31 shows to see during Capital Fringe Festival this month, head to Sandlot Georgetown (2715 Q St NW) on Saturday, July 16 from 3 pm – 5:30 pm for short teasers of the performances – from stand-up, to cabaret, and musical theater. Afterward, enjoy free music by Janel & Anthony from 7 pm – close. Both musicians are an important part of DC’s music scene – inspired by classical, experimental, jazz, rock, and electronic traditions. While you’re there, grab a $10 Fringe Statehood specialty cocktail with a Fringe e-ticket receipt. If you can’t make it on Saturday, there’s more free music tonight through Sunday.
