Georgetown Restaurant Earns Michelin Restaurant

Four DC restaurants have just earned a Michelin star, and Georgetown’s Reverie is among them! Johnny Spero’s restaurant is tucked away off of Grace Street at 3201 Cherry Hill Lane, serving contemporary cuisine with a menu that draws from the local daily catch, plus global ingredients. Current highlights include a mochi waffle, swordfish ham, sunchokes and caviar, and coconut in embers. (We don’t know what “in embers” really means, but it sounds good.)
