Georgetown Spring Art Walk on March 22

Join the Book Hill art galleries for the Georgetown Spring Art Walk on Saturday, March 22 from 12-5pm. The event will feature over a dozen local venues showcasing a diverse range of artwork, including paintings and mixed media pieces, plus art workshops and live music. Throughout the day, meet and chat with the artists, learn about their inspirations and creative processes, and purchase unique pieces to add to your collection. Greet the Georgetown Main Street team at Addison/Ripley Fine Art (1670 Wisconsin Ave NW) and work your way down Wisconsin Avenue, discovering new art and businesses.

In other arts and culture event news, join Duke Ellington School of the Arts’ show choir, Voices in Motion, for a new performance on Friday, March 21 and Saturday, March 22. The theme is “wake up” – to what’s happening in the world, and what’s most important in life: love, hope, peace, and unity.
