New Bar Service at Waterfront Restaurant
Georgetown waterfront restaurant River Club (3000 K St NW) has just unveiled special menus and walk-in only service for The Bar, with a focus on dishes from Lebanon, Italy and Spain. The new seasonal prix-fixe brunch is $35 per person for three courses. Menu highlights include the blueberry french toast with whipped labneh, blueberry and arak compote, plus pistachio crumble; huevos rotos featuring triple-cooked potatoes, a poached egg, garlic aioli, and shaved jamon serrano; and churros with nutella for the table. Add a cocktail bundle for $20 and enjoy up to three mini cocktails.
Happy Hour is Tuesday – Friday from 5-7pm, featuring $10 cocktails and wine – from the Spanish Gin & Tonic with elderflower and fresh herbs, to the Jallab Royale with arak, vodka, lemon, honey, date, combier rose, cava brut, and cardamom spirits. Bites include $7 croquettas and papas bravas, $8 arancini with smoked lamb belly ragu, and marcona almonds and olives. The regular dining room menu will still be available.
