AMA AMI, a DC-based food service that makes Edomae style sushi, chirashi bowls (a freeform Japanese dish featuring favorite sushi ingredients), and turtle-shaped cream puffs, is opening a Georgetown pop-up at Grace Street Collective (3210 Grace St NW) every Wednesday through August 18 from 12:30 pm – 8 pm. The menu will feature weekly specials, including Chef appearances from Ate of Nine, and butter mochi sponge.
