Rosewood Hotel & The CUT Restaurant Reopen Nov. 23
As part of its Nov. 23 hotel reopening, Rosewood Washington, D.C., is unveiling its new townhouse accommodations. Built in the 1700s and situated directly adjacent to the hotel, the six one-bedroom townhouses are each approximately 1,100 square feet over four floors. Designed by Thomas Pheasant, the townhomes include private entrances, outdoor patios, fully equipped kitchens and lower-level laundry rooms – with added services also available, such as chef-cooked meals and barbeques on the private terrace, personalized pantry stocking and unlimited access to the property’s gym and rooftop pool.
CUT by Wolfgang Puck is also reopening Monday, Nov. 23 at the Rosewood! Beginning with dinner service only, this evolved version of the refined steak restaurant is offering new menu items including fire-roasted eggplant with green curry, crispy garlic and coriander; Koginut squash tortelloni with ricotta, amaretti and sage; Virginia rockfish; and a rotating selection of ceviche, oysters and sashimi. On the dessert side, Spanish cheesecake with Valencia orange-yuzu marmalade is a highlight. Make your reservations today; dinner will be available Sunday – Thursday, 5:30 pm – 10 pm, and Friday – Saturday until 10:30 pm. You can also check out their Thanksgiving offerings – including a dine-in experience, and take-away feast – for a pretty divine holiday meal.
