Volunteer Canal Clean-Up on May 8

Join Georgetown Heritage this Saturday, May 8 from 9 am – noon for their next C&O Canal Clean-Up. Volunteers will meet at Fish Market Square (corner of Grace & Potomac Streets, NW) to pick up trash along and in the canal. All volunteers are required to wear masks or face coverings for the duration of the event, and maintain social distancing whenever possible. Dress comfortably (gloves, long sleeves, boots, and waders are encouraged), and bring water, snacks, sunscreen and bug spray. All other tools will be provided.
